Terms and Conditions

1. The payment should be made in advance. The products are delivered after receipt of complete payment by the bank.
2. We use real and natural stone and 925 silver jewellery.
3. The product will be dispatched after complete payment.
4. The delivery period can be extended in case of natural calamity or any situation beyond our control.
5. The dispatched parcel would be completely insured.
6. The delivery and shipping charges include insurance charges, delivery charges, and other charges like agent commission and custom duty, which are to be paid by the customer.
7. The product should be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
8. We accept payment via bank transfer and credit card. 10. The payment in case of bank transfer should be deposited in the bank within 10 days.
9. Delivery of the parcel would be through EMS (Door to Door Delivery).
10. The price of silver can go up or down based on the market price.
11. If your shipping address is in a remote area, then remote area charges will be paid by the customer and those charges will be approximately $30 per shipment.
12. An additional amount of 3% would be charged for any transaction made through an international credit card (CCavenue Payment Gateway).
13. If your country charges custom duty on your parcel, it will be paid by the customer. If you don’t pay and the shipment is returned to us, in that condition, the customer will be liable for shipment charges, EDI charges, reimbursement charges, clearance charges, demurrage charges, and we will deduct these charges from your order amount.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects and/or shipping damages. It is best recommended to inspect the merchandise after receiving the shipment and contact us within 10 days in case of any return requests, once the returned jewelry passes the quality check, we provide a coupon code or credit points which can be used in your next purchase. It should be unused and in its original packing with all the tags and original invoice intact. Shipping handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If applicable, volume discounts will be adjusted according to the revised invoice total after returns.
Although we try our best to show our jewels on the website exactly like the real products, there can be slight variations because of the lighting conditions and other factors.
