Our policy for returns of jewellery with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects and/or shipping damages.
How To Request A Return
It is best recommended to inspect the merchandise after receiving the shipment and contact us within 10 days in case of any return requests.
Return Conditions
- It should be unused and in its original packing with all the tags and original invoice intact.
- Shipping handling fees are not refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Once the returned jewelry passes the quality check, we provide a coupon code or credit points which can be used in your next purchase.
If applicable, volume discounts will be adjusted according to the revised invoice total after returns.
Product Appearance
Although we try our best to show our jewels on the website exactly like the real products, there can be slight variations because of the lighting conditions and other factors.
